Waiver of Liability

By accessing the Yoga practice videos, Courses, and Posts on this site,  I agree and acknowledge that my voluntary participation in the physical practice of Yoga carries the risk of physical injury, and possibly death.  I agree to accept the risk of participating and agree to forever hold harmless and release any and all claims against the released parties, for myself, my heirs, executors, assigns, and personal representatives.  

The released parties include DIANE DERUGGIERO, CORE ALIGNED, and all affiliates, franchises, representatives, officers, employees, or volunteer staff.

Claims include any liability, demands, legal actions for damages related to any injury or death arising from participation in the Yoga videos in the member area.

I agree and acknowledge that:

I am voluntarily participating in the practice of Yoga, and I am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk.

I am in sufficient physical condition to participate in the class, and I understand there is the possibility of injury or death as a result of my participation.

I understand my physical limitations and I will be self-aware to stop any physical activity before I become ill or injured. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment as a result of participating in the practice of Yoga, I agree that I am financially responsible for any costs incurred for the necessary treatment.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability to  DIANE DERUGGIERO, CORE ALIGNED, and all affiliates, franchises, representatives, officers, employees, or volunteer staff.
